Reclaim your ambition and drive your business to success!
Where did your ambition go?
Is life starting to feel like Groundhog Day, where every week is filled with unwanted noise and, before you know it, it’s the weekend again?
Are you becoming bored, easily distracted and disinterested at work?
I want to help you to reclaim the ambition that you had when you first started your business.
As we all know, without ambition, you cannot drive your own success!
In my previous blog, we acknowledged that, without knowing your own personal destination, you’re on a road to nowhere. Granted, you may have a good grasp of it in your head but without having it written down, it doesn’t count!
Write your own Personal Ambition Plan:
When you get stuff written down and out of your head, you create a plan of action!
- You’ll get a lot more clarity
- You can share it with others
- There’s a stronger sense of ownership and accountability
- You can review, reflect and rewrite (Better Never Stops…)
There’s real power and purpose if you take the time to sit and reflect. By doing so, some of my clients have had real ‘light bulb’ moments and a clarity of thought and realisation of what they want to achieve and how to go about doing so!
There are 3 easy steps to create your own Personal Ambition Plan:
Step One: Write down what you believe are your Personal VIP’s
- What are the most important things in your life? Think Big and think Deep, what’s stopping you?
- If money wasn’t an issue, what would it be?
- What do you want your legacy to be?
- How does this fit into your business? If it doesn’t how could it? Or how could you channel some of your energy into making this happen?
